MEPASS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Mepass, we believe booking tickets should be exciting — not stressful. So here’s everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds, explained clearly.

This policy applies to all tickets purchased through www.mepass.in using official Mepass payment gateways.

By booking a ticket, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligible Bookings

Refunds are applicable only for tickets purchased directly on the Mepass platform and paid through official Mepass payment gateways.

Tickets bought via cash at box office, offline sellers, or third-party resellers are not eligible for

refunds unless processed directly through Mepass.

2. Changed Your Mind? You Have 48 Hours.

If you raise a cancellation request within 48 hours from the exact time of booking, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the total ticket amount.

No questions asked. No explanations needed. Just within 48 hours.

The 48-hour window is calculated from your exact booking timestamp — not calendar days.

3. After 48 Hours

Once the 48-hour booking window has passed, the ticket becomes non-refundable.

4. Event Cancelled?

If the organiser cancels the event, you will receive a 100% refund — guaranteed.

5. Event Postponed?

If the event is postponed, you may either attend on the new date or claim a full 100% refund.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

- The ticket/pass has already been scanned or used

- You miss the event

- The request is made after the event has started or ended- The ticket was purchased outside the Mepass payment system

- The cancellation request is made after 48 hours from booking.

7. About Charges

Convenience fees, booking fees, and transaction charges are included in the refund calculation and

refunded according to the 70% policy.

8. How to Request a Refund

Include your Booking ID, registered mobile number/email, and event name.

9. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date we receive your request. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Final Word

All refund requests are subject to verification. Mepass (Live Orbit Solutions Private Limited) reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated policies will be effective upon

posting on the website.
